Website & Application Maintenance
Patches, backups, and tickets after launch. Same people who shipped it.
What You Get
Website maintenance services start when the launch thread goes quiet. A live site still needs patches, runtime upgrades, and someone to check the backups actually restore. That is true for a custom app, a PHP site, or a CMS. The same retainer covers application maintenance: dependency updates, bugs you file, and the occasional feature that does not deserve a new project. Business hours is the default. 24/7 is optional and costs more. We will tell you when a change is too big for the retainer and needs its own build ticket.
What we keep running
Security patches and dependency or plugin updates
Runtime upgrades on a date we pick with you
Backup checks and a restore test on a schedule
Uptime and certificate watch if you do not already buy monitoring
Small copy and layout fixes that should not wait for a rebuild
Application work on the same retainer
Bug fixes against a ticket, with a note on what changed
Performance work when a page or query is actually slow
API and library upgrades that would otherwise rot
Features that fit a day or two, not a new product
Database housekeeping and a check that backups restore
Support hours
Standard: business hours, next-business-day response
Premium: longer hours, same-day response
Enterprise: 24/7 with a 1-hour target on critical outages
A custom SLA if your hours do not match any of those
