How the pipeline works
Corvid AI moves a lead through five stages. Each stage maps to a feature that exists in the product today.

Leads come from public business listings, social-profile scrapers and CSV import. Records are merged and de-duplicated into one canonical contact.
2. Validate
Email addresses go through layered checks that include SMTP verification, so bad addresses are caught before a campaign sends.
3. Enrich
A website crawl looks for missing emails and other contact signals on the business's own site.
4. Reach out
Email campaigns run with sender warmup, send-time jitter and template linting.
5. Stay compliant
Suppression lists, CAN-SPAM style footers, List-Unsubscribe headers and cross-channel gates are enforced by the sending worker at send time. Inbound replies are picked up from the mailbox and suppress further sends.
AI assistant and MCP access
