The challenge for Everest Cleaning

Commercial cleaning is bought building by building and city by city. Everest Cleaning needed a page for each type of building it cleans and each Canadian market it serves, written the way a facilities manager searches, on a site its own team can edit in Elementor.

What we built for Everest Cleaning

We built and maintain the WordPress and Elementor site. Elementor Pro Theme Builder templates drive the header, footer and blog layouts, and custom Elementor widgets for the header, footer, hero, call to action and map keep pages consistent. The site has 26 service pages by building or service type, six regional pages (Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Winnipeg, Kitchener-Brantford, Ottawa, Toronto and Calgary), a blog and a free-consultation form. Technical SEO rules run in code: 301 redirects for over-paged archive URLs, a noindex header on the locations KML file, and FAQ structured data on the home page.

The result for Everest Cleaning

The site is live at everestcleaning.ca. As of 8 October 2026 its sitemaps list 26 service pages, 6 regional pages and 22 posts. Turning more of that local search demand into booked jobs is still open work, and enquiry and ranking figures are not published here.

Frequently asked questions about Everest Cleaning

What did Overlord Team build for Everest Cleaning?

A WordPress and Elementor website with 26 service pages, six regional market pages, a blog and a free-consultation form. We built the page templates and custom Elementor widgets, and we maintain the site.

Which cities does the Everest Cleaning website cover?

Six markets: Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Winnipeg, Kitchener-Brantford, Ottawa, Toronto and Calgary. Each has its own regional page, and the locations page links them together.

Why use Elementor for a commercial cleaning website?

Elementor lets Everest's own team edit pages visually. The repeatable parts, such as the header, footer, hero and call to action, live in templates and custom widgets so pages stay consistent however they are edited.

How is technical SEO handled on the Everest Cleaning site?

In code. Over-paged archive URLs return a 301 redirect to the main archive, the locations KML file is served with a noindex header, and the home page carries FAQ structured data.

What results has the website produced?

The site is live with a large set of service and regional pages. Turning more of that search demand into booked jobs is still open work, and we do not publish enquiry or ranking figures for this project.
